Welcome to TuneMasters! By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Overview
TuneMasters specializes in creating custom songs, jingles, and audio compositions for personal and commercial use. By purchasing a song, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
2. Custom Song Ownership & Licensing
Customers receive full commercial rights to their purchased song, allowing them to use, distribute, and monetize it across various platforms.
The song is owned by the customer, but TuneMasters retains the right to feature snippets for promotional purposes.
3. Revenue Sharing Agreement
If a song purchased from TuneMasters is used and generates over $25,000 in revenue, TuneMasters is entitled to 10% of the earnings beyond that threshold.
Customers agree to report earnings exceeding this amount and coordinate revenue-sharing payments with TuneMasters.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once production has started.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
5. Usage Restrictions
Customers may not resell, redistribute, or claim TuneMasters’ work as their own creation for resale purposes.
Songs cannot be used for hate speech, illegal activities, or defamatory content.
6. Turnaround Time & Revisions
Standard delivery time varies based on project complexity and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Minor revisions are included, but excessive changes may require additional charges.
7. Liability Disclaimer
TuneMasters is not responsible for legal issues arising from the use of the song after purchase.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of the song complies with all applicable laws and platform policies.
8. Changes to Terms
TuneMasters reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
